Sports and/or Beauty Graduate with QualityAssurance Experience

Focus Awards is actively looking for an organised, efficient, and personable graduate with a degree in Sports and/or Beauty, and experience in Quality Assurance. You will ideally be seeking professional status in education and training, with a strong and determined work ethic and a desire to positively influence others.

You are a great communicator both within the organisational structure and without. A credible background in qualification development or similar would be a bonus, and we are willing to help you qualify as an External Quality Assurer (EQA) at no cost if you are made of 'the right stuff’ and can demonstrate the value you will add to the business.

You will help recruit new customers in the Sports and Beauty Sectors, so some business development experience will also be an advantage.

The position is office based at our Head Office in Manvers, Rotherham, but nationwide visits to our centres (training providers and colleges) will be necessary, so a full, clean, driving licence and ready access to a car is essential.

Qualifications Required

Degree or Master’s level qualification in subject matter area of competence (Sports and/or Beauty).
