**Job Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Sports Cover Supervisors. This role involves supporting schools in the Bradford area by covering sports lessons, with the possibility of general cover duties as needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about sports and education, offering flexibility with both full-time and part-time positions available.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver and supervise sports lessons, ensuring student engagement and safety.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
- Provide general cover for other subjects when necessary.
- Collaborate with school staff to support the overall educational experience.

**Requirements:**
- Passion for sports and education.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to various school environments and subjects.
- Relevant experience or qualifications in sports coaching or education (preferred but not essential).
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
