Join Our Expanding Team! Position: Sprinkler Design/Contracts Manager

Innotech Partners, due to an expanding order book, is looking to employ an experienced Sprinkler Design/Contracts Manager.

Ideally, we seek one candidate based in the Bristol area but willing to travel south, and another based in Scotland's central belt for works in Glasgow, Edinburgh & East Lothian.

We are looking for a candidate with knowledge and understanding of the sprinkler industry who can price works, measure jobs, etc.

The Role: As a Sprinkler Design/Contracts Manager, you will utilize your sprinkler design experience in all aspects, including hydraulic calculations. You will have at least 3 years of experience and a good understanding of LPCB/NFPA/FM Rules.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Produce detailed plans and sections of sprinkler systems
* Carry out site surveys
* Attend Design Team meetings to coordinate services
* Produce hydraulic calculations
* Size sprinkler fire pumps and tanks
* Request information from internal and external clients
* Inform clients of contract changes
* Experience with AutoCAD, preferably with an understanding of Revit
* Hold recognized LPCB Basic, Intermediate examinations
* Familiarity with Canute Software
* Desirable but not essential - BS9251 - domestic and residential
* Good IT skills, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Proven verbal and written English communication skills
* Proven ability to organize self and others
* Methodical with attention to detail
