Are you a SQL DBA who has experience going into an environment assessing and ensuring their databases' are running to there optimum efficiency? Then I need you. 

I am happy to be supporting one of our long term partner's to find them a SQL DBA on a contract basis, for a 6 month period. You will be a subject matter expert joining a team without this skill set currently to come in, look at the databases they have, ensure the queries that are currently running are effective and write new ones if not. The business have a lot of real time reporting on their MIS data that will also need optimising, amongst other duties. 

This contract is for an initial 6 months but has the possibility of being extended. To be successful in your application for this contract you will -

  • have extensive experience as a SQL DBA operating in a similar contract previously.
  • The ideal would be that you have experience with both Unity and Sims systems before, however this is not essential as both systems sit on MS SQL databases. 
  • You are available at short notice to start this new contract. 
This role is fully remote (UK based) , and a contract where you can have a real impact on how the business operates on a day to day basis with its data.
