This global consulting firm are looking for a Staff AI Scientist to help set up and grow their new AI Hub, involving Research and focusing on using advanced AI techniques to solve clients problems.

THE ROLE

As a Staff AI Scientist for the business you will:

• Liaise directly with and pitching to external clients to bring in new business for the AI team
• Work with Senior Stakeholders to help grow the AI hub, hiring new talent
• Manage a team of AI Consultants as the AI hub grows

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong academic background to PhD level in a relevant field
• Strong commercial experience as a Data Scientist in a consultancy
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with either external clients or non-technical stakeholders
• Research experience from academia or working in an R&D environment
• Experience using more advanced AI methods
• Experience leading projects
• Tech: Python, SQL

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Basic salary £120,000-£150,000
• Hybrid working - working onsite at various client locations on a weekly basis
• Bonus
• Benefits package including car allowance, pension etc

INTERVIEW PROCESS

• 3 Interviews involving a presentation
