Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)


Pay: £22.00 per hour paid breaks


36 hours per week (rotation of day and night shifts)

Our client is looking for a kind, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their close-knit team at a beautifully modern, purpose-built care home just outside of Norwich. The service supports older adults with nursing and dementia care needs, offering exceptional standards of care in a luxurious and homely environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration

  • Strong clinical skills and a genuine interest in elderly and dementia care

  • Great communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents

  • Support residents with complex needs, including dementia and nursing care

  • Administer medications and manage care plans

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes

  • Support, supervise, and mentor care staff to maintain excellent standards

  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
