Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, and exhibit excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care and assistance with daily activities
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Proven experience in medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment
- Sound knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centred care
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Paediatric Life Support (PLS) are advantageous
