Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs
Administer medication safely and accurately in line with policies
Support residents with mental health and dementia-related conditions
Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
Monitor and assess residents' health, responding proactively to any changes
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation
Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families
Supervise and mentor junior staff to uphold excellent care standards
