Are you an HR Advisor ready to take on the challenge of an HR Manager position or are you HR professional with HR Business Partner or Manager looking for a change?
I am currently looking for a standalone HR Manager to join a growing organisation in the heart of Swansea. They operate for the benefit of their customers and to allow them to understand their goals through listening and providing guidance that meets their needs.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle and HR function, including the following but not limited to:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day performance of the HR function
  • Leading on recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Reviewing and development of HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Leading on employee relation cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance management.
  • Supporting senior management on initiatives such as well-being, ED&I, employee engagement and staff retention.
  • Preparation and presentation of HR data to senior management and board members.

What you'll need to succeed

  • CIPD qualification
  • Have proven HR experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of employment law and regulations
  • Be a hands-on professional with a good work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in working closely with senior stakeholders

What you'll get in return
The organisation are offering:

  • £30,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience
  • 10% annual bonus' - subject to personal and organisational performance
  • Pension contribution of 15%
  • 30 days annual leave + BH
  • 4x Death in service
