Description
- Ability to work safely and in compliance with business practices.
- Create Work Instructions for prototype builds
- Read & interpret engineering documentation
- Lead manufacturing effort
- Actively participate in engineering design reviews and provide feedback to improve costing, design, and tooling
- Assist in creating manufacturing schedule
- Electromagnetic Design/ CAD Design
- Electrical/mechanical inspection
Profile
A successful Stator Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team.
- Proficiency in manufacturing systems and process improvement.
- An understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Highly desirable experience
- Stator winding & testing experience within aerospace or automotive applications. Testing of stator windings on individual manual test equipment.
- Must be able to transfer knowledge of stator winding, train and mentor less experienced or new technicians or winding operatives.
