Due to continued growth my client is looking for a new team member in the E-commerce dept, to assist with the level and shipping of stock.

Hours of work are between 8am/9am - 4:30pm/5:30pm - flexibility to complete either is needed for busy periods.

The role is 100% office based.

For the day to day of the role will need to:

  • have excellent IT skills - Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • have experience in dealing with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon
  • be good at working with other departments
  • be able to prioritise.
  • take on roles that may not sit in your remit

The main part of your role will be:

  • preparing & processing shipments for multiple countries and associated invoices and any paperwork required for dispatching goods abroad.
  • monitoring stock & sales - liaising with the sales team
  • working with the warehouse team to pack/prepare shipments when busy
  • reviewing stock and shipment issues.
