Eram Talent is seeking a Stock Controller to join our team in the field of luxury retail. As a Stock Controller, you will play a critical role in managing and monitoring inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy in our luxury retail stores. You will work closely with various departments and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and implement inventory control measures.

If you are selected for this role, your work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia. The Visa processing, Food, Accomodation, Transportation would be provided by Employer as well.

Responsibilities
  • Properly manage the receipt of daily goods and arrange merchandise following corporate procedures.
  • Check and prepare products to be displayed on the sales floor and/or special areas.
  • Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse during the handling process.
  • Track product flow through internal systems.
  • Maintain order in the warehouse according to corporate standards.
  • Manage returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and deliveries following corporate guidelines and deadlines.
  • Provide orders of packaging material based on store needs.
  • Check and compare goods received with purchase invoices.
  • Perform physical inventories and keep perpetual inventory records.
  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
  • Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
  • Track shipments and address any delays.
  • Oversee storage of products.
  • Coordinate regular inventory audits.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff and internal teams to test product quality upon delivery and storage conditions.
  • Maintain updated inventory records including daily shipments.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Stock Controller in luxury retail domain, preferably in the fashion / jewelry industry.
  • Min 4 Years of Experience in Luxury Fashion / Jewelry Stores and retail management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Achievement-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
