Job Title: Storage Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Bournemouth (hybrid, 2-3 days on-site)

Rate: £600 - £650 per day (inside IR35)

Duration: 12 months

Tec Partners are working with a world-leading technology client who are currently looking for an experienced Storage Infrastructure Engineer, with a strong a strong Storage and Compute background, to work on customer assignment with a client in the Financial Services industry. As a Storage Infrastructure Engineer, you will work alongside a global team to build world class data storage services using state of the art software defined storage products.

What they are looking for:

  • File Storage Engineering product experience (Dell Isilon, NetApp ONTAP, VAST, Lustre etc.)
  • Datacentre stack experience (Storage, Compute, Networking)
  • Proven experience in automation via code (Python) or scripts (Bash, PowerShell)
  • Rest API consumption via code or scripts
  • Experience of large enterprise infrastructure design
  • Desirable: Microservices software design and architecture (scalability, reliability, availability), Kubernetes, Docker
