**Job Title: Bridal Sales Manager**

Location: South West London (Sutton)

Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 + Commission Bonuses

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the bridal sales department in both our outlet store and main Bridal luxury store

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a memorable and positive experience.

- Drive sales and meet or exceed targets through effective management and motivational skills.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and the team.

- Oversee and participate in the fitting and alteration process to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve their best potential.

- Handle any customer service issues promptly and effectively.

- Travel nationally and internationally twice a year to attend bridal shows and industry events.

- Use social media to boost the stores profile
