Hours:

• 36 hours per week across 5 days
• Alternate weekends
• 9.30am-5pm opening times

The ideal candidate :

• Will have been a Team Leader/Manager in a quality retail environment, preferably within lifestyle, customer focused brands
• Worked with a product that requires one to one customer service
• Well versed in KPIs and can easily talk with confidence their results
• Worked with: Fashion, Accessories or Footwear
• Above all, passionate about delivering great customer service
