We're looking for a dedicated Store Manager to join our team at our convenience retail store in the Earlswood area of Birmingham. If you have store management experience or are a deputy manager looking to take the next step, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role
As the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and leading the store team
* Ensuring efficient ordering and stock management
* Managing waste and maintaining store cleanliness
* Driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements
The ideal person for this Store Manager role should have:
* Previous experience in store management or as a deputy manager looking to take a step up
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service
