Store Manager - West London - Up to £40,500 plus bonus & benefits

My client, a leading retail company based in West London is looking to hire a Store Manager who speaks fluent Polish. Your list of duties will vary, from managing the shop team, through ensuring a high level of customer service, to overlooking health & safety and security standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your store and its performance
  • Effectively delegate workload and motivate your team to achieve key KPIs
  • Plan rotas, place and monitor orders, check inventory and set the goals for each shift
  • Solve problems swiftly to ensure your team can focus on their tasks
  • Handling daily and weekly cashing up reports
  • Recruit, train and develop your team to ensure productivity levels are high
  • Cooperation with Head Office and other store managers

Key skills:

  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Experience in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-focused manner, prioritising the customer experience at all times
  • Willingness to be continuously on the go, working alongside your team, on every shift
  • The determination to complete your work in the allocated time to ensure productivity
  • Microsoft Office Fundamentals (Outlook, Word, Excel)
