Storesperson / FLT Driver
£24,000 per annum
Permanent - Full-time
Smethwick
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a growing business in their Warehouse team based in Smethwick, within the industrial equipment industry and you have experience as a Storesperson with a valid and in date forklift license then this role could be for you!

Job responsibilities of the Storesperson:
  • Guarantee the correct levels of warehouse stocks.
  • Efficient and streamline processes to ensure stock availability.
  • Improve movement of parts between the 2 units.
  • Loading - unloading parts/deliveries (Goods in/Out).
  • Notify the Management for delivery shortages or any issues.
  • Carry out routine stock checks and Stock-control.
  • Identify the shortages and inform the office.
  • Picking and packing orders.
  • Booking orders on courier website.

Requirements of the Storesperson:
  • Forklift license must be valid and in-date.
  • Worked in a warehouse environment previously (at least 2 years').
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
