The Hours You’ll Work;

  • Permanent day shift
  • Hours of work 08.30am and 17.00pm

  • £12.60

  • MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Newcastle area.

The Job You’ll Do;

  • Working in a fast paced warehouse and stores environment
  • Manually picking items from order sheets and on line orders
  • Manually transporting and moving products within the dispatch area
  • Wrapping completed products in to packaging ready for dispatch
  • Completing visual quality inspection and completing quality assurance paper work
  • Booking goods in and out using in house computer systems
  • Using computer systems to update stock systems
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
  • General housekeeping duties and following specific standard operations and being able to adhere to social distancing is required

About You;

  • Experience in warehouse and distribution environment.
  • Methodical with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to motivate the team to meet KPIs.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • A good accuracy level is essential.
  • Good numeracy and literacy.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team as required.
