We are looking for a stores supervisor for a well-established yet growing company based in High Wycombe

This extremely successful and growing company supply to over 50 different countries worldwide

This is a great opportunity to work with a super friendly and social team with great working conditions and facilities.

Salary is £27K to £30K

Hours will be 08.30-16.30 Monday to Friday with 20 hours holiday + bank holidays

You will need to have previous experience in a similar role with great communication skills and the ability to multitask so good organisational skills are imperative here.

You will be second line leadership to oversee the smooth running of the stores and provide support to the stores and goods in supervisor.

This is a fast-paced role and there will be some administrative tasks so good experience in using the Microsoft package is essential.

Ket responsibilities include;

  • Supporting the Supervisor in improvement and supervision of stores systems and processes in line with quality procedures.
  • Supporting the Supervisor in improvement and supervision of supplier consignment stocks.
  • Support and maintenance in perpetual inventory checks, including consignment stocks
  • Support in the supervision of repetitive stock items on production floor, ensuring stock levels are maintained to efficient quantities
  • Ensuring all WO’s are kitted accurately, on time and as desired by production schedules
  • Attending production meetings in the absence of the Stores Supervisor to ensure all scheduling plans are understood and worked to
  • Ensuring all deliveries are booked in line with quality procedures
  • Supporting the implementation of best practices in stores management controls
  • Support the Stores Supervisor in leadership of stores staff
  • Supporting other leadership members with daily requests.
  • Leadership and support in the promotion of an efficient, tidy and safe working environment.
  • Responsibility for continued personal development.
