Team/Role Overview:

As part of Citi's Services Line of Business, Securities Services is a global business that provides Custody, Fund Services, Issuer Services and Execution Services to global asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, banks and financial intermediaries. Securities Services operates the largest custody network globally with a presence in 60+ countries. Within Securities Services, the Data, Digital, and Innovation team runs the data and innovation products and is responsible for building the future of data for Securities Services.

What you'll do:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic client engagement and product adoption across UK & Europe. You will serve as the key liaison between our client/sales organizations and the DDI product teams. This role will be critical in representing our innovative solutions during client pitches, responses to RFPs and regular check-ins with existing clients.
  • Support the origination and new business development efforts of Citi's Securities Services business in the UK and Europe.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client and sales organizations to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and challenges.
  • Represent the DDI product suite (Cloud, Digital Client Platforms, Blockchain and Digital Assets, and Data Science and AI) in client pitches and RFP responses, demonstrating the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Regularly engage with existing clients to gather feedback, understanding their evolving needs, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with DDI product managers to integrate client feedback into product roadmaps, ensuring our solutions continue to meet the market demands.
  • Lead strategic initiatives with the communications, marketing and client coverage teams to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Support the design and implementation of comprehensive campaigns to enhance client awareness.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure product positioning remains competitive and compelling.
  • Design and execute relevant and targeted sales campaigns and drive relevant thought leadership content.
What we'll need from you:
  • Knowledge of Securities Services and the investment management process is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant experience in digital products and platforms.
  • Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker.
  • Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities.
  • Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset.
  • Ability to build networks and relationships internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience preferred.
