Strategic Performance Consultant
Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Strategic Performance Consultant to develop and implement key performance metrics aligned with the firm's strategic goals. In this role, you'll translate initiatives into measurable outcomes, working closely with ExCom and senior leadership to ensure alignment with objectives. *Fully remote 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of developing and implementing a strategic performance framework to measure and track key initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align on strategic objectives and ensure metrics are clear, actionable, and measurable.
- Analyse complex datasets to monitor performance, providing insights that drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Report on risks, opportunities, and performance findings to inform strategic direction.
- Regularly refine performance measures to stay aligned with the evolving needs of the business.
Skillset and Requirements:
- Proven track record within investment management, with experience in strategic planning and performance measurement.
- Strong ability to translate business goals into data-driven metrics.
- Exceptional analytical and statistical analysis skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools to deliver impactful reports to leadership.
