Our client, a leading player in the aviation industry, is seeking a skilled Strategic Pricing Manager to join their dynamic team in Luton. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on revenue generation and pricing strategies of the companies newly formed UK division of this European Group

Key Strategic Pricing Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize pricing for a portfolio of markets
• Analyse market performance and competitive environment
• Drive revenue-generating initiatives and innovations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue opportunities
• Develop and present recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar pricing/revenue focused role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; additional technical skills (e.g., PowerBI, SQL) are a plus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• University degree in business, economics, engineering, or related analytical field however practical experience is a priority
• Aviation industry experience is advantageous, if from another sector experience or exposure with machine learning or international travel trends would be key.
