Demonstrated expertise in reviewing RFPs and SOWs. Skilled in establishing and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), metrics, and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Writing high-quality, clear, actionable advisory documents and delivering them through various media.
• Expertise in leveraging commercial excellence and deal-making.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, driving value through commercial improvement and innovation.
• Experience in deploying major global transformational projects (e.g., ERP).
• Proficient project management skills, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Engaged with senior stakeholders to define and deliver Opportunity Charters, crafted Supplier Engagement Packs.
• Facilitation of supplier workshops (SSW, Project Arrow etc..)
• Managed all Strategic Sourcing content assets and MS Teams platforms, ensuring quality assurance throughout the process lifecycle.
• Delivered five key Strategic Sourcing projects in 2024, with a total deal value of ~$300m over three years.
