Role:
As the Strategic Sourcing Manager - Packaging & Transformation, you will report to the Head of Great Suppliers and Directs. Your responsibilities will include owning the Packaging sourcing strategy, managing a sourcing lead, and leading the packaging strategy to optimize growth, environmental/social targets, cost, and quality. Additionally, you will mitigate supply failure risks, drive continuous improvement, and be accountable for driving transformative change initiatives across direct procurement categories.

What You'll Need:
- Line management experience of at least 1 direct report
- Strong Packaging sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management experience
- Strong drive to deliver results and an appetite for continuous learning and growth
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives

Salary & Working Setup:
+ Salary ranges from £70,000 to £80,000 per annum, based on experience
+ Discretionary bonus of up to 15%.
+ Hybrid work setup: 2-3 days per week in St Neots/Huntingdon, remainder working from home.
