A leading communications agency are seeking a strategist to join them on an initial 2 month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear and strategic creative briefs, audience journeys, and messaging frameworks for campaign design.
• Create compelling single-minded propositions and activation examples across multiple channels.
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure their outputs are both engaging and strategically aligned.
• Coordinate with media buying and PR/media agencies to secure effective distribution and coverage for campaigns.
• Ensure all campaigns and projects have meaningful and achievable KPIs that align with a clear Theory of Change.
• Decompose large policy or social issues into specific, actionable opportunities using systems thinking and stakeholder mapping.
• Design and facilitate engaging events, including co-creation sprints, workshops, training sessions, and delegations, using human centred design methods.
• Craft compelling narratives about project successes and explore new ways to amplify business and project achievements.
