Strategist - Not for Profit, Hybrid Working - Up to £40k dependent on experience.

We’re looking for a Strategist with good causes at their heart. This agency are brilliant at what they do, and work on feel good campaigns for a wide range of clients. The Strategist we’re looking for will be someone who can effectively take client needs and turn them into a creative brief which the agency can work on.

This strategy team are responsible for leading strategic projects for key charity clients, to unlock their fundraising and engagement potential. This Strategist will play a key role in ensuring they develop the highest quality creative work by writing clear, concise and inspiring creative briefs.

This Strategist will be:

? Motivated to work with organisations that change the world for good

? A critical thinker with an analytical mind, curious and insatiable for evidence-based insight

? Able to look at complex data and information, pull out the key insights and communicate them in a clear and concise way

? Able to develop inspiring and succinct briefs for creative and strategic work


This Strategist will have:

? Some experience in a fundraising, marketing, and direct response.

? Research and consumer insight experience

? Confident presentation skills

? Excellent written English

? A high degree of numeracy and the ability to interpret numerical data

? Experience in using insight tools such as YouGov, YouGov Direct, VoxPopMe, and Google Analytics
