Our client a global software organisation is seeking a Strategy Analyst for their Sales & Support teams to provide analysis and strategic input for a long 2 year contract. Located in central London this is a hybrid role.

Skills

  • Experience as an Analyst in pre or post sales support.
  • Abiity to think strategically and provide solutions.
  • Marketing degree or related.
  • MS Excel, Salesforce (Tableau) & other analytical tools.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Able to analyse and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators.
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
  • Suggest sales process improvements
