JOB TITLE: Strategy Director (Quantitative)
SALARY: £60k - £75k
LOCATION: London (Hybrid)


THE COMPANY

A global consultancy specialising in research and insight, strategy, innovation, data, UX, cultural insights, trends, futures, among other things. They have a number of offices around the world and have been experiencing an incredible amount of growth in the last couple of years'.

They work with some of the biggest and most impressive clients around, such as Google and Uber, on some really interesting open strategic briefs, incorporating everything from brand strategy and innovation, to UX and cultural insights/trends.

They are currently looking to bring on an consultative and pro-active Strategy Director, you will be consultative with your clients and ensure client deadlines and objectives are hit.

KEY DUTIES

  • Take responsibility for the building and maintaining of client relationships, delivering on their needs and growing the account
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver clear and engaging stories, that get to the heart of client relationships
  • Manage and support team members growth and provide feedback and guidance

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience leading quantitative research projects and line management
  • Excellent communication and story-telling capabilities
