Working with a prestigious children's charity who are in the market for a Strategic Planning and Impact Lead!
The Strategic Planning and Impact Lead will be driving the alignment of the organisational strategy with Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). This role will be central to developing and embedding the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, ensuring our strategy is effectively communicated and executed across the organization.
You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, facilitating the creation of high-level business plans and strategic memos.
As a key contributor, you will focus on improving the QBR process, enabling the organisation to adapt and reprioritize effectively. You will collaborate in agile teams to deliver initiatives aligned with our strategic goals and support ongoing monitoring and reporting of performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities for the Strategic Planning and Impact Lead:
- Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Execution: Develop and refine the QBR process to ensure strategic alignment and effective resource prioritization.
- Strategic Communication: Communicate OKRs and strategic priorities through business plans and memos, maintaining robust tracking systems.
- Performance Reporting: Present risk assessments and performance metrics to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with teams to drive a change mindset, enabling effective prioritization and strategy execution.
Location: REMOTE
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: £60k - £65k
