I am actively seeking an experienced Structural Engineer/ Senior Structural Engineer to join a busy, successful Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy based in Leicestershire. You will assist in managing one of their busiest civil and structural teams where you will have the opportunity to be a part of their growing division, taking part in large commercial and industrial projects, such as highway design, infrastructure and drainage designs.

It is essential for the candidate to have a professional and commercial viewpoint through having the following:

• A relevant first-class degree. E.g., MEng in Structural Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Structural design
• Associate memberships (ICE or IStructE) or chartered membership
• Experienced designer with Tekla/TEDDS
• Quantitative and qualitative experience in building structure

Duties and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer/ Senior Structural Engineer include:

• Reporting and analysing structural faults and remediation (if required)
• Experience of scheme and detailed designs
• Conducting structural surveys of buildings and structures, by offering solutions for any potential issues
• Responsible for delivering projects effectively by managing client expectations
