DCS Recruitment currently seek experienced data cabling engineers in Milton Keynes on behalf of a national client.

Duration: There are 2-4 shifts available, either Sun & Tues/Mon&Wed/Sun-Thurs

Working up to 8 hours on night shifts, starting 9:30pm

The successful cabling engineer will be assisting with the data cabling installations, moves & changes. This can include new cabling, wireless AP's, CCTV, and containment.

You must:

  • Hold a valid CSCS/ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card
  • Hold a valid UKATA asbestos awareness certificate (this can be done online prior to start)
  • Hold a valid IPAF licence for categories 3a and 3b for cabling at high level
  • Be able to provide relevant work references prior to start
  • Have access to a PC/Laptop to complete free, online training prior to start - this will last for 12 months and opens the door for more work opportunities during this time.
