Busy US law firm housed in a stunning office location seeks a Structured Finance Paralegal to join ASAP to work for a period of 6 months, working directly with the Partners and the Associates.  This role will be offering high-level work from day one so candidates need to have the skillset and experience of taking on NQ/Trainee level work and previous experience within Structured Finance and CLO. 

  • Salary up to £55,000
  • Hybrid working (4 days in the office)
  • Partner exposure from day one

  • Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm. 

Responsibilities of the Structured Finance Paralegal:

  • Exposure to both internal and external key stakeholders
  • Drafting and transactional work
  • Administrative side of the legal work

Requirements of the Structured Finance Paralegal:

  • Prior Structured Finance experience, or similar experience
  • Superb working attitude, aptitude, and professionalism – no job is too big or too small
  • High grade A Levels and a Law Degree from a top university/GDL qualified
