We are working with a student accommodation business, based in Nottingham, who are recruiting a Administrator to join them on a temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.  This is a very varied role and some ‘out of normal hours’ may be required to attend accomodation events at universities.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Previous experience in student accommodation or lettings
  • Administration skills
  • MS Office Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Proficient in the use of Social Media platforms 

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Booking viewings for students
  • Attending viewings with students
  • Preparing and sending tenancy contracts
  • Updating students on the progress
  • Managing maintenance contractors
  • Chasing outstanding rent instalments if required
  • Working with the universtities on open days
  • Attending open days at Universities
  • Coordinating & managing of stock
  • Organising & promoting of events
  • Creating & posting of social media posts

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £13.73 per hour

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm wth 1 hour for lunch
