Position: Student (Estágio no Departamento de Suporte ao Cliente) Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
This student position will provide support to the Customer Service Team in Brazil in a great variety of tasks.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Contact and respond inquires of internal and external clients.
Support Customer Services group with a variety of projects.
Analyze, maintain and monitor reports.
What We Are Looking For:
Studying the second or third grade of a bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, International Relations or related field.
Advanced English required (both spoken and written).
Proficient with MS Office, especially with Excel
Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
Customer Service and detail-oriented mind set.
Ability to identify and resolve problems proactively
