I am recruiting for a temporary Student Information Officer to join a well established Educational organisation based in Liverpool.This fast paced and exciting organisation is looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good customer service background.

Starting ASAP for 4-6 weeks

Responsibilities include:

  • Administer the induction and enrolment process for all students
  • Receiving and recording eligibility documents
  • Administer the process for students who intermit, transfer and withdraw from the course
  • Administer the student attendance recording system ensuring that student attendance, absences and class swaps are recorded accurately and the information held is up to date
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors
  • Ensure sufficient stocks of stationery - ordering and replenishing stocks as necessary
  • Providing an up to date service to students looking for accommodation
  • Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork
  • Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis
