Job Description:

Have you recently become a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) looking to expand you experience or are you currently a student on course to complete your teaching qualification?

Education Supply Pool Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Newly Qualified Teachers / Student Teachers to begin work in ­­­­­­­­­­­Caerphilly and their surrounding areas on a supply basis immediately.

Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, for those wanting to retain flexibility around their work and those wanting to sharpen their skills before embarking on a more permanent placement.

The successful candidate:

• Have you or are you on course to obtain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education,
• Have experience of teaching within the UK,
• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
• Plan innovative and creative lessons,
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
• Maintain necessary assessment of pupils,
• Be able to inspire and motivate pupils,

As a valued member of ESP, you’ll receive:

• A minimum pay rate of at least M1 (Currently £157.66 per day with QTS)
• A £125 recommend a friend scheme
• A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs,
• No need for completion of time sheets,
• Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.
