Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with our established client in their search for a Studio Manager to lead a team of Designers.

You will be responsible for the daily running of the studio, scheduling and planning all work, ensuring briefs are met and seen through to completion

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Lead meetings with the team to go over new and upcoming projects
• Support the team during busy periods
• Ensure the designer understands the brief given to them from the client
• Suggest improvements to briefs
• Provide details quotes and estimates on work
• Ensure a smooth process to get work out on time and sticking to tight deadlines
• Delegate work to designers based on timescales and capability
• Being mindful of P&L
• Monitor progress on projects and provide support

Ideally you will:

• Degree or equivalent in a Design related subject
• Minimum of 2 years working for a design agency
• Ability to manage a team
• Good knowledge of design and print
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Be comfortable delegating workloads
