Role: Studio Production Manager
Salary: £38-44k
Location: Monsall

My client, a UK leading wholesaler, are searching for a Production Manager to join their busy team. Reporting into the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for managing the creation and production of own brand product ranges, and planning and delivering the own brand ranges in line with sales/financial targets. You will work closely with the Category Manager and the Design Product Manager to deliver the output from the creative team. You will be managing a team of staff, including Product Managers, designers & illustrators.

Duties include:
- Management of the Studio team
- Identifying new trend and product opportunities
- Ensuring creative briefs are kept in line with category requirements
- Drive New Product Development processes
- Ensuring all production is kept in line with strict time frames
- Manage and maintain relationships with the manufacturing partners
- Develop & maintain the critical path schedule, and communicate this effectively across teams
- Building and maintaining product range plans
- Developing and coaching your team, driving continual improvement and identifying new opportunities for the wider business
- Benchmarking costing with new & existing vendors
- Sourcing new vendors

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role
- Experience working with both Far East & UK manufacturers
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be commercially astute, with a strong understanding of key financial drivers
