SuccessFactors HR Systems Analyst - London - £75000p.a + Benefits

JGA are partnered with a leading financial services firm seeking a SuccessFactors HR Systems Lead to manage their SuccessFactors system. We are looking for a Technical SuccessFactors SME with knowledge across EC, Compensation, P&G and Timesheets modules. You must also be able to run reports through the system.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Managing and supporting SuccessFactors modules.
  • Configuring change requests in SuccessFactors.
  • Providing training for new users and Administrators.
  • Any project work as required, including upgrades, new module implementation and process streamlining.
  • Supporting Document Management solution.
  • Running reports through SF modules.
 Skills:
  • SF experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on system administration and implementation experience.
  • Experience in data reports and analytics.
  • EC certification highly desirable.
