Seeking a SuccessFactors Solution Architect for Higher Education Sector

I'm working with a University seeking an experienced and highly motivated SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join their team. Our client, based in Berkshire, is looking for someone who has expertise with SAP SuccessFactors & HCM products.

Candidates will be responsible for designing solutions that meet business needs as well as ensuring technical integrity of these systems. You should have experience working on large-scale projects that span multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Proven hands-on experience with SAPs SuccessFactors system.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll processes
- Experience in the Higher Education sector

Working Conditions:

Our client's company culture encourages flexible work arrangements where possible however there may be times when onsite presence is necessary so candidates should reside near or be able to commute easily into Berkshire.

Compensation:
The rate offered for this role start at £600 per day, on an outside IR35 basis. The rate is flexible depending on experience and suitability.
