About the Role
‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!
Working across the different elements of our Shops department covering our onsite toy shop, supermarket, sweet shop, gift shop, out-selling our merchandise for all shows in the entertainment venues, swimming pool kiosk and includes being part of our roving photography team.
Talking to guests is a big part of every day at our Butlin's resort, ensuring they have all the essentials and souvenir needed for a great holiday. You will also work within our stockrooms with receiving and unloading deliveries, moving stock between our outlets and keeping our shops clean, tidy and fully stocked.
This role requires flexibility on hours as it is a fixed term role until 5th September 2024 covering 30 hours per week, with typical shift patterns between 7am - midnight. You will need to be over 18 due to the shift patterns required for this role.
About You
We’re looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people.
Previous experience is not necessary as we will give you all the training you need. We are much more interested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making a difference to our guests.
No experience? No problem! We will provide you with all the support and training you need to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently in all areas relevant to your role.
