We are looking for a Supervising Associate (4-7 PQE) to join this UK Corporate team. The role involves working on high-value, complex, often international corporate transactions involving listed companies.

The Corporate team operates across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, serving national and multinational corporations, financial institutions, asset managers, investment funds, governments, and regulatory bodies. They focus on key sectors: Financial Institutions; Asset Management & Investment Funds; Healthcare and Life Sciences; TMT; Fintech; and Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure.

UK Corporate Team

  • Equity capital markets (including US Securities)
  • M&A (public and private)
  • Corporate governance and listed company advisory
  • Private equity, asset management, and investment funds
  • Joint ventures, reorganizations, and restructurings

The Public Markets team handles:

  • Public M&A and shareholder activism
  • Equity capital markets
  • Private M&A by listed companies
  • Listed company advisory and corporate governance

Ideal Candidate

  • Ambitious, self-starting, and looking to join a leading corporate finance team.
  • Willing to work across all core areas of the Public Markets Group.
  • Collaborative and collegiate, with strong expertise in ECM, public M&A, and listed company transactions and advisory.
