Supervising social worker - Supportive Privately own Fostering Agency

Salary up to 41,500

NonStop Social Care is currently working with an Independent Fostering Agency based in Leicester. I am recruiting for a Full-time Permanent Social worker to join the fostering service.

This fostering agency can accept someone that has a strong profile on a 4 days working week pattern. It is really good if you would like to increase your days off and work/life balance.

Responsibilities

The social worker will be responsible with managing the fostering resources in an allocated area, recruiting, assessing, supervising, training and supporting foster carers in their placements. You will work together with therapeutic practitioners that assist the carers.

Your office will be based in Leicester and you will be working on a hybrid pattern.

- you are a Qualified Social Worker

- you have 2-3 years of working knowledge as a Child Protection social worker

- it is desired that you have fostering experience as well
