The IFA has a friendly, family orientated approach, community-based providing high standards therapeutic care services to foster carers and children looked after.

Responsibilities

The therapeutic fostering social worker will supervise a complex caseload in South London using therapeutic frameworks to ensure the best possible care and support. You will be mostly home-based with going to the office once per week.

- you have experience in fostering social work practice, as supervising social worker or local authority fostering team

- therapeutic knowledge and experience

- you have experience in safeguarding, front-line teams preferred
