SUPERVISOR - BOUTIQUE in CHELSEA   

LONDON | UP TO £28,000 + Uniform Allowance 

ABOUT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver retail excellent FOH & BOH
• Drive strong leadership within the concession in partnership with the Store Manager
• Mentor, Coach & Train team in order to achieve commercial targets and Store objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fashion Retail experience as a Supervisor, Deputy or Key holder.
• Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
• Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality
