Supervisor - Luxury Chocolate Brand (Boutique)

Position Overview:

Supervisors play a crucial role in developing their potential with us. They offer the support of a global organization and empower our team to lead and excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Lead by example on the shop floor, creating an engaging customer experience
• Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
• Train and onboard a winning team
• Coordinate day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and Health & Safety regulations
• Oversee stockroom storage and implement FIFO practices
• Maintain store aesthetics in line with visual merchandising guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role in a premium or luxury retail store
• Enthusiasm for interacting with customers and setting a high standard for the team
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, ATV)
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
• Ambitious and results-driven with proven ability to grow a team and business
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, with multitasking abilities
• Effective prioritization and delegation skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus)
• A deep love for chocolate and fine food
