This pivotal position places you at the heart of a renowned and historic establishment, where you'll assist the Food and Beverage Manager and Deputy Manager in elevating service standards and surpassing customer satisfaction targets across a variety of dining settings.

Your role will involve everything from front of house operations in fellow and student dining, to coordinating events such as conferences, weddings, and fine dining experiences. You'll be key in managing and developing a dedicated catering team, maintaining rigorous hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring smooth operational flow during shifts.
