World Class Defence Organisation based in Stevenage (the role will be a hybrid of Working From Home and Onsite 3 days per week) is currently looking to recruit a Supplier Due Diligence, On-Boarding and Risk Management AnalystSubcontractor on an initial 12 month contract.

Previous Procurement experience would be great. There is the possibility that the role will go permanent.

Contract Duration: 12 Months (initially and then ongoing thereafter)
Hourly Rate: £35ph (Umbrella)

Supplier Due Diligence, On-Boarding and Risk Management AnalystJob Description:


An opportunity has arisen for an Operational Due Diligence Analyst to join a fast-moving team in the Procurement and Supply Chain environment based in Stevenage. Carrying out functional activities in Supplier On-boarding and Supplier Risk processes and tools.


The successful candidate will assist the Group Lead of Operational Due Diligence perform initial and on-going due diligence, Supplier approval/On-Boarding and KPI reporting.
Day to day duties are, but not limited to:-

  • Assessing Ethics and financial outputs
  • Assessing Supplier questionnaires
  • Requesting certifications
  • Sending electronic campaigns in relation to supplier declarations
  • Supplier on-Boarding Governance, running the committee of approval, implementing and tracking decision and mitigation actions
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Supporting the business on the E-procurement tool for Due diligence and On-Boarding
  • Managing the Supplier Risk refresh activities
  • Supporting ad-hoc tool testing
  • Supporting other related compliance policies, internal controls, regulatory processes, cleansing, and KPI report preparation


Skillset/experience required:


The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in Supplier Due Diligence and On-Boarding activities transposable skills, some experience of procurement is essential.
We are looking for an enthusiastic proactive individual who can evidence and interest in Supplier Due Diligence.
Effective communication skills and an attention to detail are key for this role to allow you to prioritise tasks and to meet critical deadlines.
