We're looking for a Supplier Onboarding Manager to lead and optimise the end-to-end onboarding process for new sellers joining our Marketplace. This role ensures that vendors are successfully onboarded, compliant with platform standards, and fully equipped to trade.
You will be responsible for guiding suppliers through all onboarding steps — from documentation and compliance checks to platform setup and operational readiness. You'll also work closely with tech, commercial, legal, and operations teams to streamline processes, reduce onboarding time, and improve the vendor experience.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that requires attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. You'll play a vital part in building the foundation that enables Marketplace growth at scale.

This role is based in London (or Nuneaton), and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub (or London) and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.
